If they hadn't they'd have made millions more with BvS and millions on at least 3 other movies.

If I could have changed 3 things it would have been these [SPOILERS]
1) Lex Luthor's actor, writing & directing (duh)
2) Metallo insted of Doomsday (perfect setup with that guy in the wheelchair)
3) And finally, no death of Superman
The movie would have been a LOT better with/without those 3 fixes/flaws respectively
the worst part about that movie is that it could've been easily avoided, especially considering after witnessing previous superhero movies fail for literally the exact same reason. but instead WB and zack follows that same bloated idea and increased 10 fold :lmao: by adding TDKR and death of superman into the movie BEFORE the justice league is even assembled! XD whose the crack pot that came up with this idea. smh
Is this a serious question? superman's been around for 75years and you're going to ask me "such as"? -_-
Why are you always salty?
lemme ask you this, with 1 word, how would you describe erza winning fights she obviously should had lost? the answer lies there.

DM'ing you after first week sales roll in.
BVS sold well but got panned by almost everyone.

That movie was awful.

I do hope it's successful though. Comic book movies and Video game movies.

We need better ones out there.

Assassin's creed is probably going to be shit but...

Can you elaborate on your first post about how you think it will flop?

DC is trying too hard.

And no, I don't care if my opinion hurts your feelings.
Your opinion doesn't hurt my feelings. I appreciate people who concoct well thought out opinons instead of coming in this thread just to spread their pessimistic hatred because they have Marvel's or some critics **** up their ass.

Can't wait for the movies to drop though!

Batman has been around for 75 years, and we likely aren't going to see great stories such as The Killing Joke, Hush or Batman RIP in one of the DCEU movies. Not using a specific story and passing the opportunity isn't the same as butchering stories.

The stories they did use however made sense. They aren't sticking to the comics in terms of chronology like Marvel is, where all their big events are down the line. DC is borrowing from well-established stories in comics continuity to setup it's future stories and installments. Why would it matter so much that the Death of Superman and The Dark Knight Returns are done before the Justice League is assembled? TDKR is an elseworld story where the Justice League is nonexistent, and the Death of Superman doesn't require the assembled League to be an effective way of moving the narrative forward. Criticising a movie for not strictly sticking to comics canon isn't a valid criticism, it's just complaining for the sake of complaining.
