To be fair here to Kariya he did have a lot of things that neutered his full power in order for him to go head to head against Ichigo so it was feasible ! An even then Ichigo only won against him in my opinion since Kariya had to worry about Byakuya and Yoruichi after their fight and concentrating on how to use the power of the joukaishous properly to destroy Soul Society. If at his full power in Soul Society he could potentially put up a good fight against Pre-Almighty Ywach. Since he gets greatly boosted in stats by being in Soul Society and maybe more by the joukaishous if they actually boosted the individual wielding them that is though. But if outside it he gets slaughtered by any competent fraccion,ichigos fullbring boosted fullbringers,Espada,and some other guys that I'm forgetting that exist in the Bleach Universe besides hollows though.
