Doesn't matter.

Sanji has armament hardening. He hardens his hands, that on top of his own superhuman durability should render the explosion useless.

And to make matters worse he's not a DF user so its not like even seastone would weaken him. Trash move, hard to take seriously with someone of Sanji's caliber.

I wasn't addressing the cuffs themselves just the idea of taking them off via haki. But to play devil's advocate a little bit we don't really know how much of a punch those things pack or how strong of haki you'd need to stop them. I imagine you'd be right and it could but on the other hand maybe it can't or why else would Oda even use them as a plot device.

Do you guys think that Luffy will do Rayleigh's trick on Sanji? I mean that trick when Rayleigh removed the collar bomb from Kaime.

That seems more likely than Sanji doing it himself.

Oh God! I imagine a flashback Luffy asking Rayleigh how he removed the bomb from Kaime. Seems like anything Roger, Garb, Rayleigh and Shanks did, Luffy will be able to do it too. Garb punched Ginjao's head, Luffy brought it back to its previous shape.

Oda sometimes uses the dumbest plot devices.

For example, sea stone bars in Dressrosa when Luffy could just take two steps to the right and bust through the brick wall.

I hope this isn't one of those times as this would be the worst of them all.

The wall could be made out of seastone too

In regards to the whole handcuff thing: Judge is clearly knowledgable about Haki and he knows Sanji can use it too, still he put the cuffs on him. Meaning the conclusions that can be drawn are that the cuffs are powerful enough to even counter armament Haki, don't forget that this is 360° point-blank range blast and that Sanji's speciality is CoO and not CoA, and that the trick Rayleigh preformed is not something common everyone with Haki can do. Otherwise it would be like this "I know you have Haki, I just saw you using it, but I'm going to put cuffs on you 10 minutes later that blow your arms off when removed, but can easily be countered by Armament haki or by using a mediocre Haki tech that can delay the explosion".

I see only two possible scenario's: One Luffy removes the cuffs assuming that tech Rayleigh used is a high-level one that can only be used by the ones who have the KD. I sincerely doubt even Judge would consider the option that someone could remove the cuffs with the KD. Two Sanji obtains the keys from Big Mum. I personally don't really want a repeat of Enies Lobbies where they all have to run around for multiple keys, but I think the keys will be obtained either way in a different manner. For instance I see Pudding steeling them as a credible possibility. There are also still two older plot lines that at one point will have to become relevant this arc:

- The vivre-card of Lola's mother, which is in Nami's possession

- The bomb they accidentally sent to Big Mum

I think that sanji will clash with big mom and will give her little bit of a hard time which will make judge impress and will become an addition in the grand fleet!!!! Armanent Haki can really block all those handcuffs blast, plot will be a dipsh*t if those stupidcuffs will play an important role in the future

Doubt it. Rayleigh said two years was barely enough to master the basics of Haki. Luffy himself said his Haki needed to become stronger to withstand cuts and sharp attacks, and as recently as Dressrosa his Haki was still cut, indicating it still needs to get stronger. With Oda saying recently Luffy still isn't anywhere near as strong as Kaido, I doubt it'd be an advanced level Haki technique if Luffy has to use it atm.

It could be a simple technique but one specific to conqueror's haki right?

Yeah. I'm not saying there's no way Luffy can't have it, but I just doubt if he does its some kind of advanced technique.
