The next Joker

So let's assume Leto gets skipped for the next Batman movie(unlikely though because despite the outfit what I've seen from the trailer has been impressive)

If that does happen though, I'd like to see Jason Lee get the next chance at Joker. Here's an image

It'd be a bit like his characters Brodie and Azrael mixed together.

Plus it'd be neat with Affleck still being Batman for him to be Joker, they have some acting history and it'd be a bit of a reprisal of their beef in Mallrats lol. I think Lee has the characteristics and expressions that would go well with the character. He's got good delivery.

Leto is a more classic Joker than Heath Ledger that was more original.

I'd enjoy the adaptation of the new 52's Joker all the same. I see no problems with Jason Lee though.

That's the best thing about face paint, it helps hide aging just look at Kiss, put that make up on and they only look like they're just reaching 50 lol. I agree though Joker shouldn't look much older than early to mid 30's early 40's at most.

Heath ain't the only Joker, in fact his Joker wasn't even really a good adaptation of The Joker but Heath turned it into one. Every joker's been good so far idk if it's the role or the casting but you'd have to actually try to do a bad job with Joker I think.

I'm pretty good with everything besides the tattoos and the teeth but that may change on better viewing right now it's all real quick glimpses. The coats pretty awesome tbh. The tattoos though look like the same generic tattoos you find in games create a character modes. Like I said though I'm willing to bet his performance will make his appearance a moot point just like Heath did, after you watched Dark Knight no one cared his hair wasn't as bright as it should have been, no one cared he wore grease paint over his skin actually being white, no one cared about the scars because Heath's performance pulled it all together. I expect Leto's chance to do a similar thing. Damn now I gotta go home and watch Dark Knight.

According to David Ayer the tattoos are there to tell a story, same with the grill teeth. They are there for a reason, which we'll find out when the movie is out.
