What would happen if Ootsutsuki, Uchiha and Hyuga swap eyes?

I was wondering what would happen if Hyuga and Ootsutsuki swap their Byakugan with a Uchiha Sharingan? Would that cause any evolution in the eye? Would they be able to use 100% of the eye power or have issue like early part 1 Kakashi?

What would happen if Himawari and Sarada trade eyes?
