OT: meh chapter. The fight was long but lame. It served to show judges character but the fight itself had no real good points. Sanji didnt even go full power and lost. I'm sick of seeing Sanji lose everything at this point. And when presumably beats Judge at the end of this arc, it wont even be satisfying strength wise for Sanji because Judge seems weak. The only hope for this is that the story is good but I haven't been digging the backstory shown so far.

The handcuffs are such a joke, there is something called armament haki, that along with Sanji's durability should render the blast from the handcuffs absolutely useless.

This better not be used as a heavy plot point (Robin 2.0). It's ridiculous.

To be honest I can see Sanji doing the "Robin" from Enies Lobby...crying.For some reason I think Sanji's mother will make an appearence and say how much she loves Sanji and how much she is angry on herself for not being able to help Sanji when he was little.I can totally see Sanji crying at some point in this arc and to be honest that will be very emotional.

Yeah I also feel that mom flashback coming in with an enormous tearjerker where baby Sanji is only safe from the rest of his family when he is helping his mother out in the kitchen or something like that. Of course in One Piece fashion, things go downhill for mommy Vinsmoke really quick.

This chapter was a cool tie in to how Sanji was acting aboard the Baratie. With Luffy gathering allies these last couple of arcs. Maybe Sanji will lead the Vinsmokes at the end of all this by taking his father down.

Just add it to the grand fleet.

I expected Judge to be at least as strong as if not stronger than Doflamingo. But it doesn't seem like he'll life up to our expectations. If his initial hype is this low, then we can't really expect him to be a top dog.

What we're you expecting, that he was going to stab Sanji to death before or after he got into his wedding suit ?

Besides Judge didn't even get hit properly, and showed of a cool arsenal of tech weaponry. So that is about the best result for a skirmish that Judge could have gotten and you're already jumping the gun.

There is no need to overreact, It's not like I called him weak or anything. I simply said he didn't live up to my expectations as he didn't seem to be as strong as I thought he'd be.

Looks like Zoro and others gonna be missed for a whole year. This definitely is a year of Sanji arc. And what's wrong with having another Enies Lobby look like arc? If Robin was here to save Sanji. lol ... I hope those bracelets don't make a real damage on Sanji's hands. Not sure that full body Armament Haki will protect him if he can do it that is.

Doesn't matter.

Sanji has armament hardening. He hardens his hands, that on top of his own superhuman durability should render the explosion useless.

And to make matters worse he's not a DF user so its not like even seastone would weaken him. Trash move, hard to take seriously with someone of Sanji's caliber.
