Outside of infinite tsykuyomi tsunade has never been placed under genjutsu nor have she avoided eye contact with uchiha. It is because she is immune to genjutsu, why? Her chakra is constantly disrupted naturally , due to her programming her Byakugou to constantly transform her appearance

By that logic the Uzumaki should be able to cause storms, tsunamis and earthquakes with their sheer presence and launch Bijuudama capable of destriyong half a country in one go.

Just because their chakra came from the Juubi, it doesn't mean they can inherit the Juubi's abilities, including its immunity to Genjutsu.

And Naruto never needed to host all bijuu to awaken RSM because his chakra was naturally compatible with all of theirs.

Retrival Arc: He was already stomping Naruto without it.

Well it should be clear no one is born with the chakra reserves of a JuubiJin except for Ashura and Kaguya's children, I specifically mentioned Uzumaki chakra being a weaker version of the Juubi's

In the real world, Tsukuyomi happenes in a split second while in the targets mind it can extent for however long Itachi would like. By the time Kurama tries to snap him out of it, it would have already been over.
