Not the smartest thing you've said. I can give you situations where Naruto and Sasuke escaped from Near death situation's on their own as well. A few things you don't realize is that if Sasuke used his Perfect Susano'o at that moment he would have saved them both. They had enough time to grab and warp them both out of there which is a large enough window for something like PS

Does Minato combine Negative Black chakra and Positive White chakra to form a Rasengan. He just observe the basic mechanism of TBB and applies it on Rasengan. Rotation, power, containment

Bad analogy. The rasengan doesn't share the same function or even destructive level of a TBB, actually Rasengan properties had to be supported by a TBB in order to produce a larger effect (BDFRS).

Minato might not be using the very same elements to form a rasengan but as long as the concept is the same as something that is already in existence, which it was stated that it is, the it is an unoriginal idea. I suggest you stop trying to deny it. If the Manga said he just randomly invented it on his own then fine, you'd have a point but you don't.

You have an arsenal of Jutsu for a reason and Just as how Madara negated the Kages sealing him by unleashing his full power, Sasuke could have done the Same against Obito at that moment.
