That probably could have done a number to sasuke or naruto.

She tried with Sasuke, but Susano'o arm blocked all but one. A prime rule of battle is not to bother risking a move that's already failed once.

I'm sure she could have wrecked all of creation if she thought of ninjutsu. But the answer is simple, she never trained her power. Like most women do with raw power they harness more as oppose to training it.
