Hanzo was just above Sannin level and one of my favourite characters. Let's get to work.
-Hanzo was revived and took up an entire battlefield whilst being
incredibly out of his prime.
-His presence incited a similar legendary surrender of the likes of Madara or Hashirama.
-Was only defeated by an enemy who wasn't affected by Poison Mist. (Pain bodies were corpses)
-He would often paralyse and kill people who sat in the same room as him even when he wore his mask.
-Was one of the only strong ninja who could actually resist Edo Tensei properly, putting him in a resistance hype league with Madara.
-Because of his presence, a small village like the Rain could actually contend with the 5 great Shinobi Nations during the 2nd Ninja War.
-Was on par with Mifune, the master of Kenjutsu whilst resisting Edo Tensei, telling Mifune what he was going to do next.
-Did this all out of his prime as an out-of-work old man and a SICKLE.

In short Hanzo is a monster and whilst only just missing the Top 10, can absolutely take out stronger ninja than himself considering his explosive style, insane kenjutsu skills and overwhelming Poison Mist...which with Ibuse can flood out any giant battlefield in moments. He's a ninja that instantly sets up conditions and only a few ninja have precautions against it. Hanzo is weaker than quite a few but he wins 95% of his battles in the NV.
