Kakashi was amazed that summoning a hawk was possible for Sasuke. Naruto has no such praise or feats, therefore reverse summons would not work. Plus the fact that Sasuke "tried everything" to escape the Desert Dimension, and was still trapped there.

Sasuke said nothing he does works what makes you think reverse summoning would work? The only way to get out is if someone opens a portal for him.

Maybe it depends on the level of chakra he has since it is a far away dimension and naruto has alot of chakra pratically the strongest of the verse besides kaguya, and even soo sasuke never stated that he used reverse summoning it could pretty much be PIS only to make sakura relevant :sdo:

Sakura had enough chakra to help Obito open a portal. Pretty sure Sasuke had enough to try a reverse summoning and all. Sasuke said "nothing I do works" which pretty much means everything since he even used reverse summoning vs Deidara and was gonna use it when the Juubi/JJ Obito was gonna use TBB.
