Yeas it was lower than V2 juubi. I don't think anybody but the juubi or higher can survive that kind of attack.
My point here is that this website particularly likes to overrate some of hashirama and madara's capabilities.
The juubi laser was able to overwhelm 10 to 11 bijuudamas here

Keeping up with a juubi jinchuuriki (like Sasuke) taking all those blast from the juubi is something EMS Madara and SM Hashirama can't do.

Since the Shinobi world was at a time of peace and Naruto becoming Hokage, he had not time to harness his power while being busy as a leader of a village. Quite the contrary, he gotten weaker. Look at his performance against Shin Uchiha. Naruto's prime was in the war. With RSM he surpassed EMS Madara and Hashirama, but would lose with BSM.

Sasuke, on the hand, gotten stronger because he accumulated use of his Rinnegan and had no responsibility. Sasuke would have surpassed EMS Madara with EMS only, but would lose to Hashirama; with Rinnegan, he surpassed both of them.

It seems alot of people are confused about this. If it wasn't for the war at least Naruto would never surpass Hashirama since he already reached the maximum height of his power at age 16 and it would level off there for the rest of his life. Sasuke would have eventually reached Madara's level with enough training experience.
