Naruto was only 16 which means his body was not yet at its peak when Kurama got extracted, his Yang only started to bloom during the war arc.

And unlike Kushina he spent all his stamina fighting Obito, 7 bijuus and a JuubiJin over the course of 2 days, no Uzumaki would've survived under the same circumstances.

Sasuke got wrecked by B simple as that. Naruto got a BM and used it immediately at 80 - 90% proficiency. That "Sasuke wasn't used to his Dojutsu" shit won't work here :|

He didn't get the last name because of the Uzumaki being a noble clan. He got it because Hiruzen didn't want Minato's enemies to connect Naruto to Minato.
