You don't have to be a Saiyan to fly. It just comes with being able to control your ki.

Krillin and Piccolo being examples. Zenkai is an example of a Saiyan trait, along with SSJ.

Sakura has the dominant traits and not Sasuke for Sarande genes. Also, I think they said Sharingan was rare to awaken even for Uchiha.

Gohan is half Human and half Saiyan because of Goku (Saiyan) and Chichi (Human). Also, Videl is not a Saiyan as she only awakened her pontential by eating a Senzu Bean. Anyway, Gohan genes are dominant in Pan.
