Ashura possess RSM yet he doesn't look like a juubi jin.

That is because Ashura is connected to the Bijuus with Ninshuu, the Databook says that to get RSM you need 2 things:

1. Bijuus chakra

2. Hagoromos chakra

which he both got from his father when he gave him Ninshuu.

Naruto lost Hagoromos chakra so he doesn't have RSM anymore.

This is just you making assumptions and ignoring facts.

Naruto was said to be a perfect Toad Sage during the war and yet he had the pigmentations around his eyes when using Toad SM..

Even in the Gaiden, if you recall when Naruto turned on his SM to find Sarada when he realised she was following him, he had the pigmentations.. now come again?

This clearly means he still has pigmentation when using Toad SM but the no pigmentation when using RSM

Nope, he still wasn't in his prime in the War Arc and the amount of NE he could absorb was nowhere near what he was capable of by VoTE 2.

With Hagoromo's chakra Naruto's body has been greatly enhanced to a level comparable to JuubiJins which means his control over NE is in every way perfect when he uses bijuu chakra.

You have no proof to verify the above claim. Nothing has ever been stated about mastering senjutsu bringing about the decrease in pigmentation. In fact , Naruto's toad sage mode alone was already called perfect sage mode (as opposed to Jiraiya's imperfect one). Furthermore, Gaiden still showcased hokage Naruto having pigmentation in toad sage mode (at a time when you claim him to have mastered senjutsu).

RSM = The form he used when he threw the Lava Rasenshuriken at Madara.

RSM + 9 BIJUU CHAKRA = The form he used against JJ Madara, Kaguya and Sasuke (in vote 2).

RSM + Kurama's = The form he used against Toneri, against shin (In Gaiden) and the form he used against Momoshiki (In the Boruto movie). This form is like BSM, the only difference is this one doesn't have the orange pigmentations around the eyes.

BSM = Kurama's chakra + Toad Sage Mode which gives you the cloak, crossed eyes (due to the slited eyes from Kurama and the horizontal lines from sage mode) and the orange pigmentations around the corner of the eyes.

To you people denying this, this just shows even with naruto weakend he still equal to if not stronger than sasuke. But that's just you guys. I still believe he has all the power he had in the war with what the sage gave him and is still as powerful if not more powerful than before.

Naruto hasn't lost RSM and the form we see in Boruto the movie against Momo final fight is partial RSM, he never needed the complete RSM transformation after VoTE 2 and yet the partial RSM he used in Boruto is almost as strong as the complete RSM. And he has learnt to fly even in BSM as evident in the Last Naruto Movie.
