just because he hasn't used it doesn't mean he lost it. Rsm is the juubi jin power. SO far,there hasn't been any real threat that requires naruto to use the juubi jin power.

Base Sasuke already has the boost of acquiring MS, EMS and Rinnegan. He is quite capable of keeping up with Naruto, you're right.

...but Naruto didn't use any of his jutsu either. If he had, it would have quite efficiently portrayed how both of them are surely still be equals. As the series intended them to be.

In Boruto: Naruto the Movie you can clearly see he's using Six Paths chakra but is not using all the Tailed Beasts' chakra, which is shown by how he does not have the nine tomoe on his back.

If you are talking about the magatama, you cant use that as an indicator. Every Kcm has those. Gaiden is the first to not have them. However he did have RSM eyes.

2. Naruto didn't lose RSM but he hasn't used it since VoTE 2 just like Sasuke hasn't used 6 Path jutsu since VOTE 2

sasuke doesn't have base physical abilities. sasuke is roughly on par with bsm when it comes to physical ability,like speed and taijutsu. But he'll need the chakra of the bijuu to actually compete against rsm naruto.
