Who legit wins out of the 3? When they had the deadlock it was 2 on one(2 kind of) with oro having no arms and a butler, jiraiya was poisoned, and I think tsunade was hung over?(not sure of this, i know she had the whole blood thing going on too) so without these restrictions who takes it?

Katsuyu can counter Edo Tensi, Restricting the summons. Besides Orochimaru wont be able to use Edo taking on Jiraiya and Tsunade.
Tsunade is the only one of the 3 with instant jutsu.

And the Edo Tensi jutsu in combat against someone like Tsunade is stupid, for one, he can't summon heavy hitters without them undoing the jutsu, All of the most powerful people are mostly elemental users, and they would have to have no control over there bodies, otherwise they wouldn't fight Tsunade, and they would be weaker because they aren't in control

Yes, but Tsunade is the only one who doesn't require time or prep to get her power which put her in the lead in my book, Jiraya could never go into Sage mode agaisnt Tsunade, Orochimaru attacks all get destroyed by Tsunade and Tanked, Edo is the only thing he has and he wont be able to do it.
Not to mention how we've never seen a unrestricted Tsunade.

Regardless, no hate whatsoever intended, what do you call the madara fight? I know she had to heal but still? You really think it'd be that different? There's a possibility she'd be having to heal a good amount here too if she where to win(purposefully tanking an attack to Insta heal after and attack could be useful) I don't think she'd be THAT much better than what we've seen

Her chakra supply has diminished and she was playing Medic for the beginning of it. You seen how the odds tipped in the Kages favor once Tsunade engaged him, And Tsunade was never at full chakra, she just awoken from Acoma from Pein's attacks.
Also Tsunade's attacks were shown to be on another Level from the other Kage, Ay who was weighted by Onoki could only crack Susanoo. Tsunade seemed to be effected by none of Madara tricks.
She even looked him in the eye, but he didn't use Genjutsu because of the byakugous chakra disruption.
