The reason Obito didn't use Susano

Okay when Obito was revived with Both mangekyou Sharingan he could do susano BUT , his first mission was to bring back sasuke . Thats why it distracted him to use susano . Since he only wanted to use kamui to help sasuke .

So after he helped sasuke he was out of chakra from overusing Kamui with Sakura . Thats why Obito couldn't use susano to protect Naruto and Sasuke when Kaguya threw the Bone jutsu thing.

Thats a logical explanation no asspull or plothole here

The scans u posted didn't prove a mangekyou sharingan can't activate PS.

Plus Obito was above sasuke's level thats why he can activate PS without training , Obito with both mangekyou is super strong he doesn't need traning

Indra used Perfect Susanoo and he didn't have any ems or rinnegan to use it. Just look at Itachi, he was able to use the final stage susanoo without any chakra left. If he was 100% he would of put up a Perfect Susanoo in no time.

Complete/Perfect Susanoo is said to be a mangekyo sharingan technique in the 4th databook too.
