You centered your assumption around size/power amplification and not power/chakra input. There never occurred any power amplification between Naruto and Kurama's Avatar. No, because considering how he wanted Sasuke to not get caught in the BDFRS, I don't think it is that durable enough to tank 6 of them. Sasuke's PS is not that durable enough to the point where it can withstand the effects of an attack that caused the explosion of a several meteors.
It can't tank more than 2, and even that's pushing it, seeing as how a single one of them had an explosion bigger than the VoTE2 PS Chidori and RSM TBB clash, which did moderate damage to PS.

Naruto have power to destroy PS in human form but Kurama have great durability and strength to fight with PS. Naruto have destructive capacity as PS(Naruto shown it when he and Sasuke destroying Madara's CT). But his human body doesnt have durability and strength of PS but Kurama have that.
He need more power? you make it sound like Naruto summoning Kurama from somewhere but its not the case. Kurama exist inside Naruto's body. He can access and use Kurama chakra anytime and easily. He can combine his own chakra with Kurama chakra in KCM form to produce strong TBB/TBB FRS or create large version of it.
Even though PS is huge but it fast, and its not easy for Naruto to throw TBB FRS at Sasuke's PS unless Sasuke want a head-on clash.
Why using Madara here as he was not Rikudou power shinobi at that time. Their power difference is clear what I mean is between EMS Madara and RSM Naruto/Rinnegan Sasuke.
