Dude yea he can. Kirin can be made with his chakra as seen when he was gonna use it vs team 7 until Orochimaru stopped him. And by using a heat to to form a thunder cloud. Kirin can be chakra based and made from nature energy.

Sasuke cannot even feel or absorb nature energy bro. Kirin is guided lightning from the skies.
And just to let you know absorbing Oro made Sasuke stronger not weaker. He even got a recovery boost.

Sasuke can pierce Ay with chidori but that doesn't mean much if he can't land it on him. Sasuke may be able to deal with V1 Lightning armor Ay but once Ay goes V2 Sasuke is done for.
Gaara's and has improved since Part1. He was able to block a Kick from Lightning Armor Ay and he combined raiton with Raikage to attempt to seal Madara. So I don't think Lightning will be a problem for Gaara.
Onoki has knowledge of the Uchiha and will make sure not to look at his eyes. He can finish off Sasuke using mobile core and lightened rock golem combo. Even edo madara couldn't evade the mobile core technique, and had to resort to using Susanoo to avoid Naruto's rasengan. Onoki's doton also isn't that slow. It saved Ay from being killed by 5 susanoo blades.
That doesn't mean anything the Kirin Sasuke used vs Itachi was natural lightning because he didn't make it with his chakra. But instead used the heat and lightning from the sky. That's nature energy.... Well natural lightning. BZ even stated it.
Orochimaru actually did. Sasuke had CM draining his chakra with every jutsu he use and used half of his to subdue Orochimaru's chakra. The white snake made him heal faster true but he was still at a disadvantage.

Ay would be his only problem because his speed feats
Tsunade is like a three layered cake for him itll take time because she can health herself
Mei is a one tier cake she only shined because of help with trapping him in a corridor
Onooki is more of a two layered cake he can fly and jinton but again sasuke was in a small place and had multiple people in the room to watch all at the same time
Gaara gets babyshaked sasuke has all the advantages here

I'm so tired of this forum and Sasuke. I think you guys just need to get over it, i'll come back 4 months later and find people trying to say academy Sasuke could take on the Akatsuki.

Garra lost to deidara with shukkau sasuke beat deidara plus sasuke has all the elemental advantage lightning >> sand chidori sharp spear extends 50 meters apparently imagine sasuke cutting through garras defense with a 50 meter chidori blade and chunin exams sasuke was fast enough to dodge garras sand hebi sasuke has godspeed hes way faster this is a no brainier one on one

Black Zetsu also stated its sttonger than any human jutsu could ever create normally. So Sasuke cannot create Kirin level tech on his own.
Use your commom sense. How is Sasuke bringing lightning from a sky with no lightning? Sasuke didnt use Kirin like that because he was out of chakra, he did it becaz those are the preparations.
Team7 was just foreshadowing the jutsu.
And no half his chakra is not subdoing Oro. That was never stated. He is subdoing Oro within his cursemark, his normal reserves are untouched and he can still use CurseMark power. It was an advantage not a disadvantage especially with Oros regrneration/substitution.

Yea you obviously deny manga facts. Kirin can be used with his chakra. And using thunder clouds. Yet you'll deny it because you simply either hate Sasuke or don't want to believe the manga. What else would "that" jutsu be? Obviously it was Kirin and what was he using to use it? His chakra.
So he wasn't subduing Orochimaru's chakra? :lol Sasuke even said he absorbed Orochimaru when he tried taking over his body. Zetsu said the same thing. He wasn't being subdued by his CM when the CM is his chakra.
