I'm not a sasuke fan but at that point he and Naruto far outclass everyone alive. The five kage get wrecked by chibaku tensei or perfect susanoo. Ameno + other rinnegan abilities and amaterasu = overkill.

He can beat them, but not instantly nor put them in a Genjutsu like he did with the Bijuu's. I doubt the fight will last long, unless they scatter, though he's faster than all of them so they won't get away. Overall he'd def. come out on top.

On a more serious way, while I'm no fanboy or anything, by that point in the series, both naruto and sasuke pretty much stomp anyone so the kages would not be much of a problem for sasuke.
