This being said, I still think it can go either way now, I just don't see THAT much of an improvement in naruto during the time skip, iirc he learned oodama rasengan, tightened up his taijutsu a bit, and spent some time trying to control being in 2-3 tail state? Or control his rage so it doesn't take over so fast? Anyways he didn't have nearly the skill jump as say, sauce did during the time skip, and I doubt neji was just sitting around either(btw I don't think neji is stronger by any means, I just think at point in time, before naruto gains sage mode, neji has a shot.) and plus this guys response style bugs, straight insults with no facts, i just had to respond. Either way you got me and it does change the outcome quite a bit

frs wont work on neji. He could just air palm it before Naruto lets off or rotation at the lastminute to deflect the blast. Naruto can't beat Neji with the same tricks either.
