Well, no. Naturally speaking, Naruto's Chakra control is average, more or less. The feats he displayed in his cloaks were attribute by the cloak itself rather than Naruto's skill. Chakra Arms act as medium for Kage Bunshin to gather Chakra for Rasengan, which Naruto can't do on his own despite the Jutsu being his signature move. The feat of sharing Chakra with Shinobi Alliance, which again, is credited to Kurama's; he purposely modified the Chakra to make it easy for Naruto to share and manipulate the Chakra.

Natural terms, Naruto is nothing without external support.

I've always thought Minato was pretty badass already, just based off his demeanor and attitude, and what he was capable of considering he wasn't affiliated with any kind of kkg or op clan

Yeah that's true. Naruto can't control the cloak chakra in a flexible way like Sasuke control's amaterasu. He's medicore at it and spent a long time without being able to do a rasengan without a kagebunshin hmm.

Do you have a scan of kurama modifying his chakra? don't remember reading that...i thought it was because of Kushina's genes that naruto could have adapted to everyone else

Naruto can collect all the nature energy in an area equal to 9 beasts. Yes kuruma did it but he learned it from Naruto, who is capable of the same

This would further the point though, the chakra must be controlled to be passed on, he had to make it fit so he had to control it in one way or another, if it wasn't controlled I'm assuming the chakra would of had wildly various effects on the sa, that's just an assumption on my end though
