It's no secret Naruto is a chakra god, however have you peeps noticed before every major fight kishi nerfed/drained Naruto?

Before Naruto fought obito he dispatched numerous clones to aid the shinobi alliance and even after Naruto used massive amounts of chakra protecting everyone.

Naruto proceeded to fight rampant ten tails, Juubi jin obito, juubi jin madara, Kaguya and then sasuke in succession without rest.

In the last before fighting toneri Naruto had his chakra drained twice. First sakura saved him and then Hinata replenished his power.

Once again in the Boruto movie, momoshiki had Naruto pinned down and was absorbing highly concentrated amounts of chakra.

Despite always being nerfed Naruto still wrecks his opponents.

I think it's a pretty common phase/setup for the main character of any manga. :|

Naruto, Luffy, Natsu, Ichigo, Yato, Kuroko, Goku, Rin Okumura to name the few....
