I should imagine all PS are the same size. As for coolest though, I pick Kakashi's, simply because of Kamui Shuriken. (And I wouldn't bother with comparison pics, because Kishi doesn't draw to scale. There's drawings of Minato being taller than Tobirama when the latter is actually taller.)

Adult Sasuke's PS = Full Kurama so his = Madara's.

Can you not see the perspective ? Naruto's body is a tiny dot just like Madara's body compared to his Susanoo. And Madara can't have the largest avatar when his Sharingan and is weaker than Indra's.

I'm not belittling I'm using logic, Madara got his power from Indra and his chakra is weaker than Indra's therefore his Susanoo is not superior Indra's in size or in strength.

That's irrelevant to shaping the it. More chakra wouldn't simply make it bigger as sasuke would have done that. By that logic kakashis should have been smaller compared to that of "true descendant"
