Can Onmyoton negate the Yata Mirror?

If i remember, Yata is given a physical form via chakra since it has no form on it's own, Similar to how susanoo it's self it formed.

Where is this coming from? Itachi has Uchiha Yin chakra, which is descended from Hagoromo, but he does not have Hagoromo's Yin; that belongs to Indra Transmigrants or Hagoromo himself. To my knowledge, we never learned (even in Itachi *******) when or how Itachi obtained the Yata Mirror, so we can't confirm that it in fact was created by Hagoromo.

Further, merely being Hagoromo's Yin does not make something "Sage Chakra" (i.e., Senjutsu formed by combining chakra with Natural Energy). Oftentimes people confuse "Sage Jutsu" (Senjutsu) with the "Sage's Jutsu," due to the obvious similarities of the names, but they are not always the same. Nagato, Edo Madara, pre-Jinchuuriki Obito, and Rinnegan Sasuke all use the "Sage's Jutsu" (using the Rinnegan) and thus use some of Hagoromo's chakra, but none of them were using "Sage Jutsu" (Senjutsu). Madara in particular used the Rinnegan (and thus the "Sage's Jutsu" containing Hagoromo's chakra), both as an old man and as an Edo, but never obtained or experienced Senjutsu until after stealing it from Hashirama.

So in short, the Yata Mirror is not Senjutsu (if that's what you were implying) to render it impervious to being erased by Truth-Seeking Orbs, etc.

Itachi doesn't have Sage's Yin first of all, only transmigrants do. Secondly, only people with Sage chakra can use Yin to create permanent objects, creation feats were never passed down to Uchiha or anyone else besides Hagoromo's children.

Finally, there's evidence that the Sage created tools and left them for people to use, Yata could have been one of those tools created for Indra or created by Indra since only Susanoo can wield it.

And it doesn't have to be made of Senjutsu, being made of Indra's spiritual energy is enough for it to be immune to TSB because Hago's chakra is composed of Indra's Yin.

Indra was able to fight Ashura despite his younger brother having TSB so his chakra was clearly able to counter them without Senjutsu.

You would need to have hagoromo onmyoton control to be able to negate yata. Onmyoton negates ninjutsu but yata isn't ninjutsu it's straight up yin energy so you would just need to be able to straight up alter external spiritual energy itself

Yata mirror is doujutsu/ninjutsu. Every jutsu produced from Doujutsu is classified Doujutsu/Ninjutsu.

Similar to Raikages NinTaijutsu. Its dual typed.

No one replied back to this post ?, because they know you're right. The onmoyton could and would destroy the shield both physically and spiritually. Minato getting his physical body and spiritual body's arms destroyed proves that the Yata Mirror would lose. Plus the yata mirror was said it was able to counter an element it was not said it could counter a mixture of elements (Kekkai Genkai, Tota, and Mora), and Mora is the strongest of them all.

Yata mirror is doujutsu/ninjutsu. Every jutsu produced from Doujutsu is classified Doujutsu/Ninjutsu.

Of course its Susanoo weapons. Still Doujutsu/Ninjutsu.

And I dont think Yata can defend against Six Paths. Thats equal to saying he can defend against Hagaromo, which he cannot.

Thats like saying Hago would get caught in Tsukoyomi.
