Naruto can heal from fatal wounds thanks to the Kyuubi. He healed Sasuke's Chidori which barely missed his heart by an inch, and Adult Sasuke seems to have some kind of healing factor (healed from wound knives in the Gaiden pretty in like two panels), though unknown to what extent.

But then the Rinnegan can repair his body too.

I didn't compare her to anyone. Sasuke can repair his body/body parts, even reconstruct metallic arcs.

All I pointed out was that Sakura isn't the only member on her team that has healing prowess to an extent.

It ended on Naruto's 17th birthday.

Sakura was born on March 28th, so she would have been 17, almost 6 months older than Naruto, I believe.

In terms of healing yes she did. She can tank heavy wounds thanks to Katsuyu and Byakugou and plus it's impossible to compete with people who got gifts from the Sage's.

She is definitely a Kage level Shinobi like the rest of her team.

She's a healer with good chakra control and reserves. That's the only level i can compare. Brute strength she's stronger than them. But them being on the same level as far as power an battle experience , she's at a great lost there. In order for some1 to be on equal term/same level...they have to be on par with each other in almost every aspect of the abilities or it's not same as being on their level per-say..
