That can work, especially when the 2nd can work well with oonoki and Gaara, naruto would be the powerhouse of the group and Ay can be the fast weak link.


Everything you listed is just them fighting on their own and or fighting as a tag team. That's not a perfect five man team working fluidly together.
Hiruzen knowing oonoki's jutsu doesn't mean he has the jutsus to help aid him.
Hashirama, naruto, and Oonoki together are horrible for each other. Not only do their abilities disrupt or cancel out each other, you have two powerhouses fighting in the same team. Hashirama just doesn't work well with naruto because one of them needs to be the supplier while taking the lead. You can't have two people like that.

Tobirama can help SM Naruto to land his jutsu easier and by mangafact Naruto can do combo futon and suiton from Tobirama. Two beasts in their own elements can destroy aoe in one swipe
Hashirama dont need team play with the rest, but he can be tank and his wood will tank almost everything coming at his team.
While Hiruzen can act as their brain, leader, and being caster to neutralize anything coming.
Oonoki can have Naruto to supply his chakra aswell to cast jinton that destroy all PS in one swoop.

It will sound like this: Hashirama went in battle to tank. Naruto and Tobirama will cast powerful combo from behind, then they will seize the chance to attack on surprise. Hiruzen will act as team leader because of his knowlegde and he will try to neutralize or reduce any incoming damage. Then the last but not least, Oonoki can swipe the entire enemy in one swoop after getting power up from Naruto and after Enemies are in vulnerable state after their attack being halted.

Eww, no. Only good team work you'll get from that group is Hashirama and Tobirama. Altogether they conflict with one another.

You're just listing all these reasons why they won't be a good team.
Saying "one character doesn't have to team play" is a horrible team and not one if any. This isn't the best kage want thread. It's a team thread. I can go on the rest of what you posted but it'll take too long.

And I don't find a Itachi-level-genjutsu user in former kages .... No one better than Kakashi
