- madara and hashirama are both alive , not edo .
- madara and sasuke start with sharingan activated .
- naruto starts in SPSM and hashirama in SM .
- sasuke has his sword , madara has his fan , hashirama has his sword , naruto also gets a sword of his own .

who wins , and how difficulty ?

Don't really care though considering that he appears to be a fanboy who makes threads exclusively to downplay anyone that isn't Naruto and Sasuke.

Anyways, Naruto should theoretically be the strongest in cqc here since Six Paths Sage mode reflexes and sensing are above Sage mode and Sharingan precog.
