Itachi/Obito have the most versatile MS, Sasuke has the strongest destructive power, Shisui has the strongest Genjutsu.

Without Totsuka, Itachi's MS is weaker than Obito's.

Well Sasuke's MS was nothing special imo. Sure he could manipulate his amaterasu better than Itachi but it was nothing compared to Itachi's Tsukiyomi. And I think Shisui was taken by surprise by Danzo if I am not mistaken.

One doesn't have to have something special to make him one of the strongest MS users. If we are speaking about speciality, Sasuke is his Enton's shape manipulation. He could manipulate the blaze release better than any Uchiha and that right there takes him out of the weakest spot. How would he be the weakest MS user if his 3T genjutsu caught C and B when he was charging at him.

His MS was able to fool Danzo's Izanagi to the point where he thought he could still use it one more time. His genjutsu might not be on Itachi's level but that doesn't make him the weakest.

What makes an MS user weak is the fact that they have the strongest genjutsu or even a special MS technique but fail to capitalise. Forget Shisui, I completely forgot about that onion head Shin. He had at least a dozen MS eyeballs but couldn't react to a Sakura blitz.

Itachi's is the strongest because he has powerful and devastating Genjutsu and Ninjutsu.
Tsukuyomi is OP and can hardly be broken. Only 1 second in and you are pretty much done, both physically and mentally.
Amaterasu, a flame which cant be put out and burns until it's victim is no more.

Sasuke only has ninjutsu and Shisui only genjutsu in both their MS.

Obito's MS is a S/T but yet I see it as more defensive and not as decisive as the rest as well as less useful.
It's a pretty cool technique but compare that to Koto, for example, which can make the enemy kill himself without the caster having to move a finger...that's pretty OP. Or put it up against Tsukuyomi...Itachi put Kakashi in hospital for weeks and it wasn't even a real fight, that was just to introduce Itachi and his jutsus.

Sasuke's rinnegan doesn't count as a Mangekyou Sharingan. S/T stands for space-time (ninjutsu), like Minato's FTG or Obito's Kamui.

Strictly speaking by the Ocular Power, I consider Obito's to be the strongest (both defensive and offensive Kamui, Kamui Portals though it seems that this is the technique that cause his eyes to bleed/Susanoo since his eyes had the potential to awaken it [Don't think it'll be PS though. PS was the resultn of Six Paths chakra])

Followed by Itachi's MS (Amaterasu, Tsukyomi, and Susanoo [This isn't talking about the character himself so I won't think of Itachi's stamina and it's not like his MS consumes more chakra than Sasuke's for example so I consider his better than Sasuke's due to Tsukyomi [If you look at his eyes even once, you'll.be caught in Tsukyomi and won't be able to break free if you aren't an Uchiha. If you avoid looking at him, you'll be surprised when black flames suddenly spawn on you. Susanoo is also a defence that doesn't hinder either of these abilities and actually works well with them offensively as well. [I won't count Totsuka and Yata since they aren't a literaly a part of the Mangekyou/Susanoo. They are simply weapons that were found and equiped onto his Susanoo])


Followed by Sasuke's MS (Enton, Amaterasu, and Susanoo, some say he had Tsukyomi but now I begin to question that [Forgot who it was that found out one eye uses Amaterasu while the other controls the flames])

Followed by Shisui's (KA is very useful but the reason I brought it this low is because it's once a decade [Since this is just talking about the Mangekyou alone, his speed won't be taken in consideration, obviously])

Ah, so you're an intense Obito fapper. In reply to your butthurt neg rep, Kakashi doesn't have it anymore because he never possessed the Uchiha gene. Whether you like it or not though, the scar over the eye made it clear that it was Kakashi's version, with Obito's eyes as the enabler.

Itachi had 2 techniques. Shisui had Koto and Koto>Kamui. Sasuke and Madara have been unable to display any unique techniques so by default they have the worst.

kumui is cool and all but itachi's MS has more to offer and it gets #1 by feats and hype alone.

koto one shots all but ever ten years is kinda awful.

in the scenario where obito grabs itachi he simply pops out totsuka on him since he is tangible or throw him off with jutsu that obito didn't see the signs for seeing as how he does them so fast.
and this scenario is base off 1 eye MS obito.

DMS obito is very good non the less but there is no feat that supports him using both abilities simultaneously so we cant just make it up that he can.

it makes no sense going into if yata can neg kamui...if it does itachi > DMS obito but if not obito >=itachi MS abilites.

i just remember that kakashi tricked obito with raiton clone making obito think the clone was the real one.....if kakashi could do that doesn't it possibly mean that itachi with a higher skill level can throw off obito with clone and counter kamui leading up with totsuka... just a thought tho

Obito's MS >>>> any other MS and >>>> Rinnegan (excluded Limbo). With Obito's MS you can one shot Juubi, like Kakashi planned, though only having one MS and no Susanoo.
