You can definitely tell that their shorts, but that's not the point. We shouldn't have to really look at it, it should of been obvious. Her skirt is too short for even shorter shorts (trying saying that five times fast lol).

That's like double the stupid on her outfit bit. Her shorts should just become pants. Her outfit would look 100% better.
