That's because Torune has an ability that pretty much makes him untouchable in CQC, You go against torune in CQC it doesn't matter who you are, You are losing a limb unless you removed the infected area. Sasuke has an similar ability in Enton but he cannot keep it up forever and Obito has already countered the black flames.

Minato had the perfect counter to Obito's signature technique, Sasuke does not.

It doesn't matter how strong you are, If you cannot counter Kamui, You're fucked, Simple really.
