Well yes considering Itachi would have no eyes to fight Sasuke with since Sasuke has them in order to obtain EMS. Even if he still had his eyes...I still agree. Itachi is still the more skilled fighter. But his endurance is still piss poor. He'd eventually tire and Sauce would capitalize on that and claim victory.

Plus Sasuke's Susanoo > Itachi's Susanoo. Totsuka is t going to do sh*t against Sasuke he's too fast for that. Yata Mirror might prove challenging but again, Sauce just needs to out last Itachi. He can't keep Susanoo up forever. He'll (Itachi) will start to go blind while Sasuke will be ready and able to dish out more.

Kagutsuchi would be a handfull for Itachi forcing him to use Susano'o.

In my opinion Madara, Shisui(by hype), and Obito are the only Uchihas able to combat Kagutsuchi or Amaterasu.
