Smfh, Gai's body wasn't a simple broken leg or damaged organ, his entire lower body was reduced to ash, the only thing that saved him was Naruto using Hagoromo's Yang to save him and even then it didn't fully heal him.
If someone with the Sage's body can't heal Gai what makes you think Tsunade and Sakura can ? The only person capable of doing so would be JuubiJins because they're the only ones able to regenerate entire limbs and bodies to their original state
Exactly, fool. He didn't fix anything about gai.
So next time you idiots speak, remember who brought gai back from being a crispy piece of man. Also the ones who gave NAruto a new arm because he couldn't fix that either.

I believe that the thread said, Tsunade and Sakura. Tsunade and Sakura both worked on it, or did we forget who gave Tsunade the intel on how zetsu body works.
Naruto only kept his life force there, show me scans of naruto healing gai back to how he looks in the time skip :X
The medical team fixed him, and well Sakura and Tsunade run the medical corps.

Neither Tsunade not Sakura were at the time when Gai was dying after unleashing 8 gates on Madara. But its true that even if they were there, they couldn't have saved Gai.
