I don't get it how can Kurama chakra be a nerf? Kurama chakra enhances all of Naruto stats and jutsu along with enhanced regeneration, without Kurama then Naruto has no regeneration.

Naruto was given Kurama, while Sasuke was given the Curse Seal so it is even.
