First Thing: Irrelevant, Itachi was playing games with Naruto and the genjutsu he placed on him was easily broken by Chiyo & Sakura so within that that specific setting and genjutsu placed on Naruto would have easily been shot down by Sasuke. Second Thing: Sasuke broke out of Itachi's tsukuyomi so again that genjutsu placed on Naruto wouldn't have immobilized Sasuke.
