Obito had 1 Rinnegan. He couldn't handle both. Nagato was better at it. But yes Naruto is not built for Doujutsu. He couldn't handle the Rinnegan. And not because he isn,t strong enough. It's because he has no experience in doujutsu.

Sasuke mastered 2 or 3 moves with his own eye Nagato mastered countless jutsu and also used all elements wit Madara eyes gtfoh without sage chakra also

He forget that Nagato want to linked himself with GM bcus his legs were badly damage and not bcus he couldnt used Rinnegan tech or handle it. He does that to allow him to Used one of GM's ability aka black receiver for future Rinnegan Corpses(6 path of Pain)
