Limbo vs kamui raikiri

That shouldn't matter. The fact is Kamui Raikri is still enhanced with Rikudo chakra meaning it can still effect Limbo clones as it did Kaguya.

The problem is making contact with the Limbo clone. Kakashi can neither see it or Sense it so he is at a huge disadvantage here. Some very careful baiting and strategy would be needed to actually find and hit his mark with this tech. But should Kakashi find his target, then yes it would work, but then Limbo would simply return to Madara's side so Kakashi would have to warp Limbo itself away( which would be sort of like sealing it in the Kamui dimension if that's possible)

Kamui Raikiri, assuming it contains Six Paths chakra, would have the same effect on Limbo as it would regular Raikiri.

Kakashi is intangible, and the Raikiri will teleport the effected portions of the enemy stuck into the other dimension. Clone or not.

1. Kamui works by teleporting the overlapping body part to another dimension. If he was using that then his hand would go right through Kaguya without contact.

2. Kamui cannot be used to phase and teleport at the same time.

3. He did not go through Kaguya, which is why he could only go through the shoulder, so as not to run into her.

He teleports a certain part of the victim's body to Kamui dimension. That wouldn't work on Limbo because it's in another dimension as stated by Madara and databook. Kamui must sync with that dimension to hit Limbo, otherwise, it won't work.

1. That's only 1 eye, the phase eye not the eye kakashi had. Kakashi eye sends things to kamui, no overlap needed.

1. The right eye also sends things to the Kamui dimension. Regardless, if he was phasing then he wouldn't of hit Kaguya.

2. He cannot use both abilities at the same time, yes. It was explicitly stated that one cannot phase while teleporting.

3. Kakashi only put his hand through Kaguya's shoulder because he was trying to avoid contact with her main body. If he could have just ran into her without consequence there would have been much better parts to have cut.

And that it is. This would probably be only viable if Naruto or Sasuke are around to send into the Kamui dimension to actually deal with and seal the limbo clone for him. Otherwise this would be one of those last time jutsu uses then pop the eye out and destroy it type deals. I can't remember if Kakashi has any other kind of sealing jutsu. Let alone one strong enough to seal a limbo clone.
