Ameno doesn't teleport things inside of peoples bodys, what sasuke did was simply swaping himself and the sword. Thats why when madara got stabed naruto was wondering how is that sasuke was no longer on the same spot as to where madara went.

Obito couldn't stop FTG, Madara countered FTG, Madara couldn't counter Ameno. Do the math.

No it doesn't, Obito uses it when he can predict an attack with his Sharingan, Ameno swap is instant and won't give Obito time to phase. JJ Madara with his sensing feats and Rinnegan couldn't avoid it, no way Obito is countering the jutsu.
