Answer : Because Nagato used six paths with Madara's eyes ... So Madara has six paths ====> It's so false . because :
1- Sasuke has Itachi's eyes now ... And has PS and Kagatsuchi . So according to your logic , Itachi must possess PS and Kagatsuchi as well
2- Remove Hinata's eyes and give them to Neji ; Of course Neji will show more and better abilities . So according to your logic Hinata must do everything Neji did with her Byakugan .
So you Sasuke haters have two options now :
A) Believe that each rinnegan has 6 Paths . Read this :

Well I mean the only thing Byakugan does is ability to see chakra points. Near 360 vision and see far away. Everything else was made to compliment it.

We relied on feats. Feat tied to character actual capability. If some ability never been shown by Nagato as example Limbo, He doesnt have it. And even in Databook it state that Madara is the only user of Limbo Hengoku

The problem with some people is that they want to see all jutsu to believe some one can use all of them ...
Saying "Sasuke doesn't have rinne six paths because he never used that " is like saying "Kakashi has less than 100 jutsu because we never saw him using more than 100 jutsu " !!!

The problem with some people is that they want to see all jutsu to believe some one can use all of them ...
Saying "Sasuke doesn't have rinne six paths because he never used that " is like saying "Kakashi has less than 100 jutsu because we never saw him using more than 100 jutsu " !!!

That 1,000 jutsu feat was off panel during the war when he boasted about how he was gonna do it after he witness haku and zabuza again.
Sasuke used amenotejakra, some portal opening jutsu, chibaku tensei, and absorbing jutsu. He's gonna show much more during the boruto series if anything but II won't expect to see anything like nagato or madara's own type of techniques.

Each of their rinnegan had a specialty : Madara had limbo , Sasuke has amenotejikara and portals , Momoshiki had the ability to absorb all ninhutsu and make it twice stronger .
But all of them are seen using Preta path , two of them used animal path (Sasuke and Madara) , two of them used outer path (Madara and Hagoromo) , two of them used Nakarana path (Sasuke (healed himself) and Madara)

3- Human path : There wasn't a position where Sasuke needs to take information from some one .

Madara and Sasuke never used animal path. Or Naraka path.

Madara used deva preta and outer and limbo.
Sasuke used preta deva outer(made his Susano'o a Mazo) and Amenojikara.
They've both used the same paths. But every Rinnegan user have the same six paths.
