The strongest MS technique is kotoamatsukami. The only one resisting that are godly opponents or really anybody with godly control of their mind and action even then it's trippy. Kumai is more of the best supplementary MS technique. And isn't particularly useful against an opponent that has high regenerative abilities or that can react quickly to it. For example kumai can't really beat Gaara since the sand always protects him and sand is pretty small and by the time a kumi user is solid gaara's sand has already infiltrated their body

sand can protect user from Kamui.... interesting :lol

I think Kamui Raikiri might just be faster than normal Chidori.

Totsuka blade can "Cut down any enemy" according to Masashi.

I don't think "Any" is exclusive to anyone.

But then again I could be wrong until we see him fight a super fast opponent.
