Then the Yata Mirror is questionable, but the Totsuka Blade is not as fast as people make it out to be. We've seen it twice and it was used against opponents who were not fast and were caught off guard, but if you really want to show your evidence go ahead

Itachi never caught anyone off Guard, Nagato is one of the best sensory Ninja, like Naruto. He seen it coming but he couldn't react to it. And he was restored to full speed/strength by Absorbing the chakra from the 8 and 9 tails So Immobility is no excuse.
