I think shisui only used the regular sharingan genjutsu. Koto has been shown to not incapacitate but merely instill suggestions in the mind. Shisui was precerving koto against the uchiha and him using it on danzo would be counterintuitive as he wouldn't be able to use it for another ten years.

Koto seems to not only be able to control your senses but your actual character, feelings, and beliefs according to the suggestion placed.

It think thats what makes it so powerful. Sharingan already can do complete hypnosis. Koto seems to hypnotize your soul.

Logically,indra should have the strongest mangyeko sharigan(that's if he had one) but regarding the ones shown,it's undeniably bobbito,who has the strongest mangyeko sharingan. It can't be disagreed.

Totsuka is easily avoidable for someone with the Mangekyo or anyone who is fast for that matter. And Yata does not completely shield the Susanoo so a powerful attack can destroy the Susanoo from behind

The Yata mirror can change shape. Also, their is a lot of proof that suggest that Totsuka Blade is proven to be faster than the MS can track.

Koto does control your character. Unlike regular Genjutsu, if you are hit with Koto you will not be able to tell you are under control. Where as regular genjutsu is breakable and you can tell if you are under genjutsu, and you are only paralyzed instead of controlled.

Kamui is strong but it is overrated. Minato, Tobirama, Gai, Naruto, and Kakashi all know how to counter it. And Obito stated that even with Kamui Itachi would defeat him.

It won't absorb Susanoo because it doesn't have a Soul. It can cut through any Susanoo though, because it can "Cut down ANY enemy in it's right".

They are sealed within his eyes most likely because even AFTER death he still had both Yata and Totsuka. And Sasuke didn't get them by stealing his eyes. So they are unique to Itachi.

I dont think the limit os that long. Maybe itachi just examined the eye only after Shisui died. Meaning without Shisuis Uchiha body/blood.

Shisui was not old enough to be sure of a 10yr time limit nor has he ever stated that. Plus his Koto genjutsu was legendary so no 10yr gap.

The manga has shown no evidence of Yata being able to change shape, and the only evidence we have of Totsuka striking opponents is Orochimaru and Nagato. Both of them were in a position where they could not react fast enough, Orochimaru was coming out of a snake and Nagato was just able to use his legs again

The ability to neg anyone that doesn't have a Yata Mirror is broken. I think the decade cooldown is necessary. Or Shisui would be unstoppable.

Here Kishi states that Yata can change ALL of it's "Properties" that includes shape.

Yes they are. It says Susano'o boasts and wields those weapons. Its due to awakening Susanoo that he manifested the weapons through it.
