the manga fact is the final statement, rinnegan with 9 tomoes opened on Madara forehead and then Madara cast IT then Kaguya was unlocked or hinted that she will be unlocked.... then Madara got stabbed by Black Zetsu so Kaguya can be spawned.

Read the time line, Madara had the most powerful eye and that 9tomoe are mathematically > 6 tomoe.
Since you like to using theory that never taken place before to Sasuke in the entire manga + extra manga, but you only assume his feats are based on the similarity of others, then by the rule you set, Madara can technically having feats of rinnegan with 9 tomoes from any other user that have the same eye.

2- According to Sasuke , IT was a rinnegan genjutsu and Sasuke's rinnegan with Naruto's chakra could counter IT .

I agree that Kakashi and Nagato's super bless eye was not their own. But not Sasuke. Sasuke was same as Madara.

Madara had a Rinnegan from having the required chakra for the Rinnegan so as Sasuke.

But in Rinn Sharingan case it was not came from completing the "chakra requirement" task but it came from having special entity inside your body and as the rule is same as having other Bijuu(a Jinchuriki), you not holds the chakra that became your primary chakra(in this case Six Path chakra) but that entity supply their chakra to you mean it separate inside work.

If you take out that entity you no longer have their power but in Madara and Sasuke case with Rinnegan, their chakra right now is Six Path chakra. Take out their chakra mean they will die. Take out Juubi or Bijuu yes they will die also but if they survive they no longer have their power.

Obito after Juubi no longer inside him, he couldnt produce TSB or Fly anymore.

your point is saying Sasuke can use all path when he didnt use all path in the manga. While Madara had 9 tomoes rinnegan, which is superior to Sasuke, but you claim he cant use same tech or similiar from another 9 tomoes rinnegan.

Madara can use all rinnegan basic techniques. Nagato could so Madara can as well also the techs are listed as basic rinnegan techniques. The only fanfiction are anybody that think Sasuke can use limbo. I merely stated that Madara could not use kekkei mora techniques as he is not a kekkei mora user and that IT is a byproduct of Rinnesharingan. Only Kaguya was listed as a Kekkei mora user and Madara is not. As Madara is not the original wielder of the rinnesharingan and that comes dorectly from Kaguya anyway. Madara can use all basic rinnegan techniques including limbo. Unless you're insinuating that Madara can use amenotejikara. I think you misunderstood my original post
