I hate when ppl say Moto sama made last minute decisions like kaguya and Hagaromo sons. Look at his vast foresight

I think it was obvious that those kages will be used by Oro again maybe on akatsuki the way the story was going, but not later than we thought it would be. I think Zetsu was the only legit foreshadow considering VOTE 1 and Tobious being Uchiha and all. Stuff like kaguya was the biggest asspull imo.
