Well... it depends on who they're healing. In other words, if they're healing themselves or others.
If they're healing themselves, obviously Naruto takes this as in Part 1 his injuries healed a lot quicker with Kurama present within him and in Part 2 with Sage Mode he doesn't really get as injured as he would be in base mode.
Sakura however has to use that Byakugou (or however it's spelt) seal to 'regenerate'/heal herself and others with the assistance of Katsuyu (that's her name, right????).
But a quick rewind into the past:
1) REMEMBER when Naruto stabbed himself in the hand with the kunai from one of the whatever brothers (can't be annoyed to remember their names..) and was said to might die from the poison? Kakashi already noticed Naruto healing (of course, bringing this up to everyone else would raise suspicion and simultaneously rustle Sasuke's jimmies) and kind of said f*ck it?
2) REMEMBER when Naruto went ape shit against Orochimaru in 4-tails and then like one of his tails hit Sakura and even with Kabuto's healing power the wound wouldn't really heal that much? We know in terms of medical ninjutsu Kabuto is levels above her (well, that was before the Byakugou asspull by Kishi nonetheless) so obviously there was nothing she could have done? NARUTO, having been burnt by that heavy chakra or whatever, still managed to heal (even though in reality Kishi wanted to nerf the hell out of Naruto when they faced Sasuke with the apparent and visual reason of him being tired and/or not wanting to 'borrow' Kurama's chakra -_- )
3) REMEMBER when Naruto first used (well, he used it like 2 times but you know, first used) the rasen-shuriken and he sort of cut those chakra web thingys because he kind of got caught in his own jutsu? (typical Ashura reincarnation, I know) That sh*t healed in a matter of weeks. WEEKS. Now that he learnt Sage Mode he kind of doesn't feel anything and he can pull it out of his ass 2x (well... before the war arc since Naruto went full DBZ on us.. I know it's an inspiration but still..).
4) REMEMBER when Naruto got reverse-ameno'd in the gut by Sasuke's own sword and he literally stood there for a panel and didn't even notice Sasuke's sword in him (NO, DO NOT THINK LIKE THAT YOU DIRTY LITTLE... *wink*). Aah... and he just pulls it riiiight out and said he'll be fine. Yet, Sakura on the other hand got hit with some feeble ass needles and cried to Sasuke like "bebe I'm hurt enton the shit out these needles and then go shove indra's arrow up their weird mangekyo sharingan looking asses" much wow sakura.
TL;DR Naruto rekts Sakura in the medical/healing department in more ways than one. One word: Yang.
