If either of them happened to be a female & the transmigrates had a child together would that child posses So6p chakra?

No. The reason I say this is because if that were the case than any Senju and Uchiha just by mixing their chakra together would awaken the Sage's ppwer but that is not the case. While the baby is born to both transmigrant the power would be diluted as Hagoromo said the full power of the parent isn't transmitted down. You need the full chakra of both transmigrant in their primary form than just having a child together. Otherwise Indra should gave a Rinnegan and Asura should have RSM if genetics in Naruto worked that way. At least that's how I see it for the manga

Boruto has Hamura genes, Sarada has Hagoromo genes, Kishi already confirmed their pairing and remember the next generation surpasses the previous one.

Boruto is filler garbage, at least for me that is and Boruto has both Hago and Hamura genes.
Still I'd be glad if they're paired together, hope that'll end the fight between bases.

It doesn't have to tranmigrate because the chakra comes from the transmigrant's DNA and the child will have both sets of genes

Well they kinda do, the only thing that can't have is the rinnegan if they are not transmigrants of Indra.

Well not 100% of Indra's chakra but a diluted version of it (or diluted version of Sage chakra), it would explain her bad eyesight because only MS chakra deteriorates a Sharingan user's vision.

In Boruto's case he most likely doesn't have Ashura's chakra because Hagoromo's younger son never had the strong chakra genes that Uchiha inherited from Indra, and Kishi kind of implied Himawari was the one that inherited Naruto's Yang.

But having said that, I think he will definitely have very large amounts of chakra and stamina since his faher has Hagoromo's body.

In addition, he's been shown to have inherited powers from both his parents, he has Naruto's chakra control and Hyuga chakra control, as well as being naturally talented with elements like all of Ashura's descendants, the genes he has should allow him to use Hyuga powers beyond the clan's capabilities.
