Shiki has black hair, crimson eyes, and pale skin. Standing at 188cm and clothed in solid black, he is an intimidating figure to behold. He is almost always seen with his katana close at hand. Apart from his gloves, Shiki's accessories are all silver and include bracelets, and a studded belt. There are metal details on his coat and pants, as well, showing the symbol for Konohagakure.

Shiki is a calm but arrogant man who relishes in killing all Uchiha clansmen. He considers them nothing more than "trash" and is disdainful of those who rely on borrowed eyes for power. Shiki is single-minded in pursuit of his goal to kill his greatest enemy, Barragan Bartholomew, and will sacrifice almost everything to defeat him. In several of his fights Shiki will stop fighting if his opponent doesn't entertain him.

歴史|History
Shiki was born inside Konoha's own hospital, his parents were Ninja Academy drop outs, being cast out of the Nara clan for such shameful actions. For this reason, Shiki was never accepted by his clan, often being called the Nara Reject. This however, only motivated Shiki to gain fame and power, rapidly pushing himself through the ninja ranks and out onto the front line of the battle field. By age 7 Shiki had became a Jounin, leading his own squad of ninja out into battle. One night while Shiki was sleeping, the village had come under attack by Lucifer Uchiha. He looked out his window only to see both Lucifer and Ichigo Uchiha in the main road of the village, speaking clearly enough to be heard in Shiki's room. Hating Konoha and overhearing Lucifer talk with Ichigo about joining him in taking over the village, Shiki goes out to attack Ichigo, only to be stopped by a certain man named Barragan Bartholomew. The man pushed Shiki aside and claimed he was too weak to fight Ichigo, then losing to the Uchiha himself. Shiki felt disrespected, so many people had shamed him for being the son of two Nara rejects and now even the rest of his fellow Konohagakure ninja either wanted to kill him or thought he was too weak to fight. He had enough, leaving the village for a long 4 years, training daily to get strong enough to beat Barragan Bartholomew, having been training to do so since he was 13 years old.

Finally, Shiki returns to the village, searching for Barragan so he could kill the man for disrespecting him 4 years prior. Shiki finds Barragan leaving the village, heading toward Sunagakure on the outskirts of Konoha. Seeing the man sneaking out of the village at such a late time at night, Shiki couldn't help but be suspicious. Beginning to follow the Bartholomew, Shiki is stopped by several of his Nara clansmen. A squad of 5 Nara had been sent to Shiki as soon as he was spotted in the Land of Fire. The Hokage herself did so in order to make sure Shiki did not attack the village or any of its members like he had planned. Once the 5 Nara explained themselves to Shiki, he turned to leave only to be stopped by one of them, the man talk Shiki he was welcome in the clan once more, having proven himself to be a capable shinobi in the eyes of his fellow Nara. He has since been living in Konoha, having let go of all grudges and choosing to learn his clan techniques from one of the most master Nara to ever live. He still holds his grudge against Barragan however, as he will not let that go until they fight once more.

Lightning - Shiki has mastered Lightning to the highest possible point so he can augment his Kenjutsu. He can use all Lightning jutsu with only a single hand seal.
Genjutsu - In order to fight anyone on equal footing, Shiki mastered Genjutsu so he would be able to fight stronger opponents. He can use all Genjutsu with faster hand seals.
Taijutsu - Shiki mastered Taijutsu with the intention of combining his clan's secret jutsu with it to make his attacks more deadly in close range.
Kenjutsu - While most often using hand to hand combat, Shiki is also extremely proficient in using a sword, being able to draw it off his waist without wasting any movement.
