If Naruto had ended with the pain arc...

....what exactly would have to have been changed so to give the reader a satisfying conclusion and how would it have been changed? The possibility of a part 3 is up to the individual person, but I've seen a lot of people saying that Naruto should have ended with Pain lately, and I kinda agree, but I want to know what could have been done to fill in the gaps if that was the case.

Personally I would of loved to see a canon ms sasuke vs sm naruto after the pain fight, or maybe even go up to kcm vs ems. Although I'm sure 95% people here would consider kcm vs ems a shit stomp in sasukes favor. So maybe go straight to a bm(?) naruto vs ems sasuke?

Personally I thiink that this would have been more in Naruto's favor, but legged Susanoo Sasuke might have kept up with him.

I've always considered naruto and sasuke by the time they meet up in the war arc to be equal, so in those forms without all the war arc bs would be the fight I wanna see, I guess I could of just said it like that earlier lol my bad
