Is Itachi strogner than Indra Ootsusuki?

I was having this argument in another thread regarding this exact topic, which of these two would win in a fight. I thought the answer was obvious, but apparently I'm missing something. Is Indra Ootsusuki, clearly stated to have inherited his father's powers, weaker than Itachi himself with his almighty Totsuka blitz?

I am honestly curious, because apparently a large number of people disagree with me. So, let me hear it, what do you guys think?

Indra has no feats other than Perfect Susanoo so I don't really know. But since he has half of Hagoromo's chakra obviously he's strong

This is more about knowing how many people out there think Itachi is the superior one rather than actually answering the question, to be honest.....

Attack: Universal- Can seal the whole Earth by piercing it with Totsuka. Or maybe the whole universe. Already beat Galactus in numerous threads using this method. Can seal the atmosphere, or even vacuum

Defence: Omniversal level- Yata Mirror blocks any attack, even attack that can destroy millions of multiverses

Speed: Faster than Light (FTL)- Apparently can blitz anybody with Totsuka, already beat Superman in numerous debates with Totsuka blitz.

Stamina: Nigh infinite- His susanoo can put up the omniversal Yata Mirror and Totsuka blade for an infinite amount of time. No stamin issue is considered

Intelligence: Puts Batman, Reed Richards, Thanos etc. genius to shame. Apparently smarter than Sasuke (confirmed by Black Zetsu)

Reflex: His sharingan precognition sees light travelling like snail. Probably has better reflex than the Flash (Reacted to Sasuke's Kirin?)

Haxx- Can beat any opponent with Genjutsu, no matter how fast the opponent is. Can use genjutsu to beat opponents who don't even have chakra. Tsukuyomi GG


Canon Itachi feats-

Attack: Can punch through a wall. His amaterasu burnt a crow. Sealed immobile Orochimaru and puppet Nagato who wanted to be sealed

Defence: Tanked a hill level attack with Yata Mirror. Became blind soon afterward

Speed: Kept up with KCM Naruto in Edo Mode. KCM NAruto is slower than BM Naruto and anybody who's stronger than BM Naruto

Stamina: Fought with Hebi Sasuke for around 20 minutes before activating Susanoo. Died within 5 minutes after activating normal susanoo

Intelligence: Lots of hype based on Black Zetsu's speculation. Couldn't even identify Obito as Madara. Found no alternative to killing his parents or abandoning Sasuke

Reflex: Reacted to Sasuke's kirin, which is millisecond reaction feat

Haxx: Died because of unknown disease. Never beat anybody stronger than Orochimaru, Hebi Sasuke or 3T Kakashi in 1 on 1 fight. Fled before Jiraiya for unknown reason

If you follow there progression from youth to adult of each character and what they can do and skill level itachi wins every time
Itachi was born in war and was a genuine shinobi Indra was born in peace time where he had no pressure
Evem madara could not skim a stone across a river and itachi was owning people with rocks around the same age
Itachi is the strongest base form uchiha
